Expression of Interest: YYG Concessions

As part of its terminal expansion project, the Charlottetown Airport Authority (“CAA”) is developing an expanded retail and specialty retail program within the post-security boarding lounge at the Charlottetown Alexander B. Campbell Airport.
This Expression of Interest (“EOI”) invites Prince Edward Island brands, producers, and businesses to apply to be featured as a designated brand partner within this program. Selected brand partners will have their products sold through YYG’s new retail space.
Eligibility:
- Businesses must be based in Prince Edward Island; Atlantic Canadian businesses may be considered when no suitable PEI applicant is identified.
- Ability to supply product on a reliable, ongoing wholesale or consignment basis.
- Good standing (business registration, applicable food safety/health permits, or other regulatory requirements specific to the product category).
- Willingness to operate within CAA’s merchandising, signage, and brand-presentation standards for the space.
- Products must be suitable for sale in an airport retail environment. This includes giftable, shelf-stable or properly refrigerated, and compliant with all applicable transport and customs regulations where relevant.

About the Airport Authority
Charlottetown Airport Authority Inc. assumed operational and financial responsibility for the Charlottetown Airport on March 1, 1999. The Board of Directors now oversee the affairs of the airport with a mission to provide a convenient, modern, and sustainable airport that connects people and drives economic growth in Prince Edward Island. In 2025, 391,086 passengers travelled through the airport, generating more than $366 million in total economic impact in Prince Edward Island.
